PCF Application for Funding

Application for funding is open to all non-government and government assisted programs that are geared at helping the poor. The amount of funds released is dependent on how much was raised for the year and is distributed among the recipients. Priority is given to depressed areas and to projects focused on education, health, disaster relief, and self-help projects for livelihood. Easy access for on site audit visit by a PCF representative is a factor considered for selection. Application is open until August of each year. Funds are released in December. Funds for disaster victims are released upon bulletin notice from CDRC after the occurrence of a disaster.

Application requirements:

  1. Description of organization/group applying for funding supported by documents/history
  2. Description of need
  3. Contact person and audit procedures

Criteria for funding:

  1. Below poverty line
  2. Clear mechanism for administration of funds: e.g. NGO/gov't/ school/ religious order/church
  3. Good feedback or history of good documentation if a former PCF recipient
  4. Easy access for on site audit visit by a PCF representative.
  5. Recipients should not be related to or affiliated with PCF officers
  6. Accuracy of application requirements
